Partial cancellations are not available. If you wish, you may cancel the entire order, according to the rules:
Online purchases:
Within up to 7 calendar days from the purchase date, access “My Orders”, select the desired purchase, and follow the instructions provided.
⚠️ If the event is scheduled to take place within 7 days or less from the purchase date, the deadline is up to 48 hours before the event date.
In-person purchases:
Cancellation is not permitted for box office purchases, even within the 7‑day period.
